By installing and using the Yikfy Shopify App ("App"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Yikfy provides AI-powered bulk generation tools for Shopify products. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.

3. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of the App are subject to subscription plans. Billing is processed securely through Shopify's Billing API. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and interval selected on the pricing page. You can cancel or change your plan at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

The AI generations are provided "as is". You are entirely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any AI-generated content before publishing it or making it live on your store. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Yikfy or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, or from over-generating content on your store.

6. Modifications

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after any such changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
